Namaste Studio is proud to offer private yoga classes tailored to your needs. 

Private yoga sessions are offered at the studio or location of your choice. We can provide all equipment for up to 18 participants at the studio and up to 25 participants off site. Choose the type of class offered like either; hatha, vinyasa, restorative and the intensity of the class. You may also like to choose a theme; Stress Relief, Anxiety Buster, Pain Management, Energy Booster, Heart Centred, Confidence Booster

This is a great service for; NEWBIES who want to learn a bit before joining a public class. YOGIS who want to deepen their knowledge of yoga. HURT, someone who wants to manage their pain acquired from old age, disease or accidents.  

Family Yoga

An awesome way to get the whole family moving. These classes are fun and light, focused on keeping the children interested. We may make animal sounds or play with acro yoga. Create a group and share the cost with other families. 

Corporate & Private
